This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use Shoutswap and its associated applications, including Purepick. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
  • Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our Services without permission
  • Circumvent or disable any security or authentication features
  • Use the Services to facilitate illegal content distribution
  • Violate third-party platform terms of service (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads, Meta)

2. Content Standards

Content shared through our Services must not:

  • Be defamatory, obscene, or hateful
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Contain false or misleading information intended to deceive
  • Promote illegal activities or controlled substances
  • Target minors with inappropriate content

3. Amplification Ethics

Shoutswap is built on authentic, human-powered engagement. You agree that:

  • All engagement coordinated through Shoutswap involves real people taking genuine actions
  • You will not use the platform to artificially inflate metrics in a deceptive manner
  • You will clearly disclose any sponsored or incentivized content as required by applicable law

4. Purepick — App-Specific Guidelines

When using Purepick, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading product information
  • Use ingredient data to make unsubstantiated health or medical claims
  • Misrepresent product certifications or ingredients

5. Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement.
