Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and purchases made through Shoutswap and associated services, including Purepick in-app purchases.
1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase date are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not exceeded 10% of your allotted engagement credits. After the 14-day window, no refunds are issued for annual plans.
2. Free Trial
Free trial users are not charged unless they upgrade to a paid plan. No refund is necessary if you cancel before the trial ends.
3. In-App Purchases (Purepick)
In-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are governed by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Please contact the respective platform's support for in-app purchase refunds.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Dissatisfaction with social media platform algorithm changes outside our control
- Add-on purchases (additional credits, premium features) used in full
- Requests made after the eligible refund window
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@shoutswap.com with:
- Your account email address
- The subscription or purchase details
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to process refund requests within 5–7 business days.
