This page explains how Shoutswap and its associated applications, including Purepick, comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom.

1. Data Controller

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.
