This page describes the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) when using Shoutswap and associated applications, including Purepick.
1. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know: What personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell
- Delete: Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Opt-Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Limit Use: Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
- Non-Discrimination: Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
2. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
- Identifiers (name, email, IP address, account ID)
- Commercial information (subscription tier, purchase history)
- Internet or network activity (browsing history on our Services)
- Geolocation data (approximate location from IP)
- Professional information (job title, company name)
- Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile
3. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
Shoutswap does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may share data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by emailing privacy@shoutswap.com with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out."
4. How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a verifiable consumer request:

- Subject line: "CCPA Request — [Right You Are Exercising]"
We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
5. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written authorization and may verify your identity directly.
