Summary

BreatheFlow is designed to be private by default. It works fully offline, requires no account or sign-up, and stores everything it needs (your sessions, streaks, and settings) only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information.

1. Data We Process

BreatheFlow does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to us. Everything the app needs — your session history, your streaks and your app settings — is stored locally on your device.

  • No account or sign-up is required to use the app.
  • Your session history, streaks, and preferences are stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard app storage.
  • The app does not transmit your personal data to our servers — we do not operate a server that receives your data.
  • The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs in this version. If that changes, this policy is updated before the new build ships.
  • The app does not include analytics that identify you personally.
  • You can permanently delete all app data at any time by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

2. How Your Information Is Used

Data the app stores on your device is used solely to provide the app's features — for example, showing your progress, maintaining streaks, and remembering your preferences. It is never used for advertising profiling, and it is never sold.

3. Advertising

This version of BreatheFlow contains no advertising SDKs and shows no ads. We do not build advertising profiles about you. If advertising is ever added, this policy is updated before that build ships.

4. Purchases

Any in-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment details.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Because your data stays on your device, there is nothing for us to share.

6. Your Rights Under India's DPDP Act, 2023

As a Data Principal you have the right to access, correct and erase your data, and to raise a grievance. Because BreatheFlow keeps everything on your device:

  • Access & correction: all your data is visible and editable inside the app.
  • Erasure: uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your device settings. Erasure is immediate and irreversible.
  • Grievance: email precisiongpt@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

Your data exists only while the app is installed, and is erased when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. We keep no server-side copy, so there is nothing for us to retain.

8. Children

BreatheFlowis not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly process a child's personal data or show children targeted ads.

9. Permissions

This app requests no sensitive Android permissions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We post changes at this URL and update the effective date above. Material changes are reflected here before the build that makes them ships.
